Who We Are

In July 2000, Madison Physical Therapy opened its Brooklyn doors on Voorhies Avenue in Sheepshead Bay. The following year Occupational Therapy was integrated into the practice.

Due to positive feedbacks from physicians and patients, the practice expanded in 2005 and acquired multiple new sites around Brooklyn. This expansion has offered an increased accessibility to people across the borough.

Our Philosophy
Do More … Achieve More

Our goal is to get patients better and doing more than they thought they could, as quickly as possible. As physical and occupational therapists, we are teammates and coaches. When patients are empowered to identify, reach and exceed their functional goals, treatments can be proactively oriented around these goals, resulting in efficient healing.

As medical professionals who endorse a healthy body and mind, we utilize the opportunity to educate our patients and the community, and be an informational and networking resource.
