What steps do I need to take to get started?

You can contact any one of our centers and we will set up an appointment with you. You do not need a prescription from a physician to be evaluated. We will coordinate your insurance authorization and if applicable, medical clearance with you and your referring physician.

What should I expect on my first visit?

Each initial visit begins with a history and physical evaluation. We will establish an individualized treatment plan and goals specific to you. Your treatment will begin the same day.

How long does an average treatment session take?

The initial evaluation can take up to 1 hour. You should expect to spend between 30 minutes to 1 hour for each treatment session.

How long will my treatment take from evaluation to discharge?

Every condition requires different rehabilitation needs. Upon the completion of your evaluation, we will establish a general time frame for treatment. You will be re-evaluated periodically to insure that we meet the expected outcome and time of recovery.

Will I be given an exercise program to do at home?

Most of our patients are expected to follow a home program for optimal achievement of their recovery. These exercises are updated periodically.

What happens if I should have a question or emergency?

You can find information on how to contact us on the contact page but most emergencies should be followed up by your physician.

What is the cancellation policy?

Each appointment is made exclusively for you. We request at least a 24 hour cancellation call. We understand that emergencies arise and we will do everything possible to accommodate you for a new appointment.

How do you communicate my care with my doctor?

After each evaluation, we will submit an evaluation report, plan of care and goals to your physician. In some cases, we will contact your physician for any additional needs.

Is there an out of pocket expense to me?

Some insurance companies do require a co-pay and / or a deductible. Each requirement by the insurance company will be explained to you at the time of your first visit.

What if I need authorization from my insurance company?

In most cases, the physicians and our staff will get the necessary approvals.
